What We Collect
When you submit a form on this site or book an appointment, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and anything you write in a message. When you visit in person, standard guest records are kept for your treatments, and the premises are under video and audio recording for everyone's security.
What This Site Does Not Do
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no trackers. There is nothing following you around the internet after you leave. If that ever changes, this page will say so first, with a new effective date.
Why We Collect It
To respond to your inquiry, schedule and manage your appointments, keep accurate guest and treatment records, process payments under our posted policies, and contact you about your own appointments and inquiries. If you join an interest list, we use your contact information to tell you about the thing you asked to hear about.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, period. We share it only with the service providers who make the business run, and only as needed to serve you: our appointment and guest-records system, our payment processor, and our email delivery service. Each is bound by its own privacy obligations. Beyond that, we disclose information only if the law requires it.
Text & Email Communication
By submitting a form or booking, you consent to be contacted about your inquiry or appointment by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply to texts. You can opt out of anything beyond appointment communication at any time: reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or just tell us once.
How Long We Keep It
Guest and treatment records are kept as long as needed to serve you well and as required by law and professional standards. Form submissions are kept as business records of the conversation.
Your Choices
Want to know what we have, correct something, or ask us to delete what we're not required to keep? Ask, in person or through the contact page, and we'll handle it plainly.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them online. Services for guests under 18 are governed by the age policy on our Policies page.
Changes
When this policy changes, the current version is posted here with a new effective date.
